At ETHOSystems, we know that our greatest strength is our people.
Our recent company conference in Austin, Texas, was a fantastic opportunity to bring our remote teams together, reconnect in person, and focus on what matters most: our people, our clients, our values, and our future.
Over several days, colleagues from across the business came together to debate ideas, share perspectives, challenge thinking, and develop plans that will shape the next chapter of our journey. The energy in every session was inspiring. There was a real sense of collaboration, openness, and a collective desire to move our business forward together.
What stood out most was how naturally our values came to the fore throughout the conference.
As Promise Keepers, we reinforced our commitment to delivering for one another, our clients, and our business.
As Problem Solvers, we embraced healthy debate and brought creativity and expertise to the discussions, always seeking better ways to serve our clients and strengthen our organisation.
Being Client Centric remained at the heart of every conversation, ensuring that our future plans continue to focus on delivering exceptional experiences and outcomes.
Our teams demonstrated what it means to be Professional—engaging with purpose, respect, and a shared commitment to excellence.
And above all, we were unmistakably Team Focused. Austin reminded us that while we may work remotely, we are one team, united by common goals and strengthened by the relationships we build with one another.
Of course, conferences are also about creating memories and enjoying time together. There was plenty of fun to be had, from competitive rounds of mini golf and arcade games to game show challenges that revealed our competitive spirit and determination—we definitely like to play to win!
The evenings were equally special. Over great food and conversation, we strengthened existing relationships, built new connections, and celebrated the culture that makes ETHOSystems such a unique place to work. The camaraderie, teamwork, and genuine enjoyment of being together left everyone feeling energised and inspired.
As we return to our day-to-day roles, we do so with renewed focus and enthusiasm. We leave Austin with stronger connections, fresh ideas, and an even greater appreciation of what can be achieved when talented people come together with a shared purpose.
