2025 ETHOSystems Annual Company Conference
Our recent annual company conference in Minneapolis was a fantastic few days. We filled our time with connection, collaboration, and more than a few laughs. With a focus on team building and bringing together our different teams, the event gave us the space to step back from the day-to-day. We got to focus on how we work together — and how we can grow, together.
We kicked things off by rolling up our sleeves for some honest, collaborative brainstorming. Teams from different backgrounds and departments worked together to tackle shared challenges and identify new opportunities for growth. It was energizing to see ideas take shape in real time — not just about business strategy, but about how we support one another as colleagues.
Of course, it wasn’t all whiteboards and flip charts. We had plenty of time for team-building activities, including a bit of friendly competition that got everyone cheering each other on. The conference wrapped up with a sunset cruise, where we spotted bald eagles fishing along the shore — a pretty unforgettable way to celebrate the time we’d spent together.
Most of all, it reminded us how valuable it is to simply connect, not just over goals and plans, but over shared experiences and a few great conversations. We left a team feeling more aligned, more human, and more motivated to tackle what’s next.
