Smart events and smart rules are now supported on compliance records, allowing you to automate reminders, validations, and actions tied to compliance issues. This helps reduce errors and keeps compliance documentation accurate and up to date with minimal manual effort.
Generate Lien Waivers for Secondary Vendors
You can now generate lien waivers for secondary vendors, not just primary ones. This applies to AP bills, payments, and joint checks, which is especially useful for subcontractor-heavy projects where documentation is critical.
New Primary Document Details Tab in Purchasing
A new tab consolidates all purchasing change order and invoice details associated with primary documents, making it easier to locate and manage related information in one place.
Stay on Change Orders After Posting
After posting or drafting a project change order, you now have the option to select “Post & Continue” or “Draft & Continue” to remain on the same document and keep working without interruption.
Project Management Updates
Time and Expenses Split into Separate Applications
Time and Expenses, previously combined into one application, are now accessed through separate menus. This update makes navigation simpler while maintaining access to both features under the current subscription.
Automated WIP Relief
Sage Intacct can now automatically reclassify WIP balances when a project is completed. This streamlines the close-out process and reduces the need for manual journal entries.
Faster Contract Setup
When duplicating project contracts, mapped tasks for time and materials contract lines are now automatically copied. This speeds up contract setup and reduces repetitive data entry.
New Time and Material Summary Totals Workflow
A new workflow allows you to manually refresh summary totals and increases the maximum number of expenses per transaction type to 4,000, supporting complex operations such as those managed by . This is especially helpful for high-volume projects that require detailed cost tracking.
WIP Management Enhancements
View Historical WIP Data
You can now access historical WIP data for projects, making it easier to perform audits, analyze progress, and maintain accurate records. WIP schedules can also be exported and imported more efficiently.
Improved ICRW Reporting
The ICRW Report Library now includes new Fixed Assets Management reports and enhanced Construction Work In Progress (WIP) reports. This offers more robust insights for financial and operational decision-making.
